Majesco Europe was formed in February 2001 with the objective of making Majesco a truly global interactive entertainment company. Its role is to maximise the potential revenues of existing US titles whilst also offering US distribution for European publishers. In August 2005, Majesco Europe opened the doors to its new office in Bristol, UK, as the next evolution in fulfilling the companies' objectives.

The Majesco Entertainment Company was incorporated in 1986 under the laws of the State of New Jersey. On December 5, 2003, Majesco Sales Inc. completed a reverse merger with ConnectivCorp, then a publicly traded company with no active operations. ConnectivCorp was incorporated in 1998 under the laws of the State of Delaware. As a result of the merger, Majesco Sales Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary and the sole operating business of the public company. On April 11, 2005, the public company changed its name to ‘‘Majesco Entertainment Company’’ to better reflect its current operating business.
